Volume 5, Number 1 -- February 20, 2000
Several years ago I wrote about the subject you will read in this article. I think it is time to bring
it to your attention again. Comments enclosed in parenthesis ( ) within the three states of the plan are mine to
remind you that it is progressing and suggest that you keep watching for further moves.
Back in the 1950s an organization called the World Association of Parliamentarians for World Government formulated and adopted a plan for world domination by an organization that we know as the United Nations. In 1961 the United States published the Department of State Document 7277, "the United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World: Freedom from War," to be implemented in three stages. The title of that document sounds good and so do the provisions it contains, until you get down to analyzing what they really say and see the plan for the future of the United States.
The plan is based on three principles and is set up in stages to be completed in time periods advocated by those who want a one world government. We are now seeing the implementation of the first of those stages.
Stage 1
2 The elimination from national arsenals all armaments, including all weapons of mass destruction and the means for their delivery, other than those required for a United Nations Peace Force and for maintaining internal order; (read the papers and listen to the television broadcast on the elimination of nuclear weapons.)
3. The institution of effective means for the enforcement of international agreements, for the settlement of disputes and for the maintenance of peace in accordance with principles of the United Nations (Have you noticed how Clinton always asks the United Nations before he sends our active troops, reserves and National Guard troops overseas to act as peacekeepers for the United Nations or for some mission he has dreamed up on his own even though Section 8 of our Constitution allows only Congress to "declare war," and "provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress insurrections and repel Invasions," none of which we are authorized by the Constitution to do except protect the United States of America from aggression by another power.)
4. The establishment and effective operations of an International Disarmament Organization within the framework of the United Nations to insure compliance at all times with all disarmament obligations.
Accordingly, the disarmament stages were established in order to do away with the sovereign state and its individual security, the nuclear threat would be reduced, strategic delivery vehicles would be reduced, especially those of the United States and the Soviet Union.
Peaceful use of outer space would be promoted; UN peacekeeping powers would be strengthened; and International Disarmament Organization would be established for effective verification of the disarmament program.
Nations would be committed to other measures to reduce international tension (maybe sticks and stones?) and to protect against the chance of war by accident, miscalculation, or surprise attack.
Stage II
2. Further development of methods for the peaceful settlement of disputes under the United Nations;
3. Establishment of a permanent international peace force within the United Nations;
4. Halt in the production of chemical bacteriological and radiological weapons and reduction of existing stocks or their conversion to peaceful uses; (Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville)
5. A reduction of stocks of nuclear weapons;
6. The dismantling or conversion to peaceful uses of certain military bases and facilities wherever located; and (Many bases we have already closed and many more are scheduled)
7. The strengthening and enlargement of the International Disarmament Organization to enable it verify the steps taken in Stage II and to determine the transition to Stage III.
Stage III
1. Nations would retain only those forces, non-nuclear armaments and establishments required for the purpose of maintaining internal order; they would also support and provide agreed manpower for a UN Peace Force;
2. The UN Peace Force, equipped with agreed types and quantities of armaments, would be fully functioning.
3. The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the UN Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order. (In the hands of foreign troops stationed by the UN in the US) All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes;
4. The peacekeeping capabilities of the United Nations would be sufficiently strong and the obligations of all states under such arrangements sufficiently far reaching as to assure peace and the just settlement of differences in a disarmed world. (So ends the original par of the plan).
Recently, it has been reported from certain sources that there were three top secret "annexes" added to Department of State Document 7277. Apparently the source was a former federal official who must not have been in favor of what the government has planned for us, or he never would have divulged "top secret" information.
Annex A, written in 1962, calls for a "complete and total gun recall and contained provisions for GATT and NAFTA (which have already been implemented). It is also reported to include the elimination of the United States Code that guaranteed our grain reserves. This was apparently done on September 30, 1995, based on the premise that in the coming years, from 1997 on, "monetary wealth will not be the most powerful wealth but the possession of food items will be the most powerful possession we have." The powers that be didn't want wheat reserves sitting around all over this country, They said renegades could break in and steal and feed themselves, but they wanted the people to have to come to the government for food. That way the authorities could get dissidents to hand in their explosives and their rifles.
Apparently there must be some truth in what has been said. The World Watch Institute recently indicated that only 55 days of wheat remained for world consumption, whereas there used to be a 144 day supply. Now, in the United States it is reported that we have only a seven to nine day supply of food in the food transportation chain.
The former government official reportedly commented that "the powers that be weren't supposed to have just the one tragedy in Oklahoma City, but another tragedy was supposed to have happened, to where the people would rally behind everybody in Washington, to pass stringent antiterrorism laws."
Hopefully there will be enough space in the paper to also print the map that shows the distribution of troops that will be maintaining internal order in our county. In case the map is not published, those troops will be Irish, Belgian, Colombian, Venezuelan, and Russian. They won’t hesitate to shoot you if you violate any United Nations directive!
Governor Siegelman's Plan for "Efficient Government"
Wednesday January 12, 2000: the Birmingham New's lead editorial, "Efficient government," endorsed Gov. Siegelman's plan to tie state spending to "indicators" of progress. Gov. Siegelman wants to institute a plan similar to the Minnesota Milestone plan. The News stated: "in Minnesota, the state has set 20 long range goals and there are 79 "indicators" that measure progress toward attaining them,....". According to the News, under the proposal the "agency head presents a specific list of goals he or she thinks it important to accomplish - goals that impact people's lives; goals that can be measured."Let's examine some of these "indicators" of progress, commonly called "sustainable indicators."
"Families will provide a stable, supportive environment for their children."
One can only imagine how intrusive government will be when every family must prove their daily actions do not harm their children according to government standards. Notice the key word in this indicator is "will". The word is used throughout the Milestone indicators.
According to whose standards? Will companies that produce high fat foods be taxed more? Will junk foods be outlawed? If a person is not healthy what course of action will the state take? Will genetic testing be required for every potential parent?
What is the bureaucratic conception of sustainable growth? Will the state momitor all business functions and regulate them? If not, how can they ensure sustainable economic growth?
The Massachusetts solution for this problem is to have certified early-child-care-providers instruct parents in proper preschool child rearing. Minnesota is adhering to the same standards, therefore it is reasonable to assume their solution will be similar, but may be called by another name. Will Alabama follow suit? This is a proposal that has been advanced by the federal government.
These are a few of the standards to which the residents of Minnesota will be required to adhere, standards the Birmingham News did not report.
The Minnesota Milestone/sustainable indicators are very similar to initiatives in other cities, counties, and state governments across the country. It makes one wonder: from where did the idea for these "indicators" come? The answer can be found in a booklet titled, Sustainable Development: The Very Idea, published by the MINNESOTA PLANNING ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BOARD, 658 Cedar St., St. Paul, MN 55155 612-297-1257, <www.mnplan.state.mn.us.> The following is a quote from that booklet.
"A commitment is made
Austin, Texas puts it this way:
The question should be asked - why has the Birmingham News not published the origins of these programs or indicated what the end results are likely to beõignorance or complicity? To plead ignorance for a publication such as the News, with its resources and depth of knowledge, is not plausible. Complicity? i.e. partnership in wrongdoing? Without further information the question cannot be answered, only surmised. It is therefore left to the reader to determine.
The Governor will begin the implementation of the Agenda 21 program in the State of Alabama, and with the help of the news media the public will remain ignorant of the fact that we are having our policies dictated by the United Nations' world agenda.
The end result of these programs may be understood by reading a quote from the United Nations
conference - Habitat I:
The author of how man shall live stated: "you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:29)
