Volume 5, Number 1 -- February 20, 2000

The Following article was written by Col. (Retired) C. E. (Buddy) Ramsey, Jr. and was published in the February 3, 2000, edition of The Greensboro Watchman, Greensboro, Alabama. While we haven't verified everything contained in the article, we know Col. Ramsey as a man of integrity and are confident that he would not intentionally try to mislead his readers. We believe the article worthy of your time and attention.

Several years ago I wrote about the subject you will read in this article. I think it is time to bring it to your attention again. Comments enclosed in parenthesis ( ) within the three states of the plan are mine to remind you that it is progressing and suggest that you keep watching for further moves.

Back in the 1950s an organization called the World Association of Parliamentarians for World Government formulated and adopted a plan for world domination by an organization that we know as the United Nations. In 1961 the United States published the Department of State Document 7277, "the United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World: Freedom from War," to be implemented in three stages. The title of that document sounds good and so do the provisions it contains, until you get down to analyzing what they really say and see the plan for the future of the United States.

The plan is based on three principles and is set up in stages to be completed in time periods advocated by those who want a one world government. We are now seeing the implementation of the first of those stages.

Stage 1

Accordingly, the disarmament stages were established in order to do away with the sovereign state and its individual security, the nuclear threat would be reduced, strategic delivery vehicles would be reduced, especially those of the United States and the Soviet Union.

Peaceful use of outer space would be promoted; UN peacekeeping powers would be strengthened; and International Disarmament Organization would be established for effective verification of the disarmament program.

Nations would be committed to other measures to reduce international tension (maybe sticks and stones?) and to protect against the chance of war by accident, miscalculation, or surprise attack.

Stage II

Stage III

Recently, it has been reported from certain sources that there were three top secret "annexes" added to Department of State Document 7277. Apparently the source was a former federal official who must not have been in favor of what the government has planned for us, or he never would have divulged "top secret" information.

Apparently there must be some truth in what has been said. The World Watch Institute recently indicated that only 55 days of wheat remained for world consumption, whereas there used to be a 144 day supply. Now, in the United States it is reported that we have only a seven to nine day supply of food in the food transportation chain.

The former government official reportedly commented that "the powers that be weren't supposed to have just the one tragedy in Oklahoma City, but another tragedy was supposed to have happened, to where the people would rally behind everybody in Washington, to pass stringent antiterrorism laws."

Hopefully there will be enough space in the paper to also print the map that shows the distribution of troops that will be maintaining internal order in our county. In case the map is not published, those troops will be Irish, Belgian, Colombian, Venezuelan, and Russian. They won’t hesitate to shoot you if you violate any United Nations directive!

Governor Siegelman's Plan for "Efficient Government"

Wednesday January 12, 2000: the Birmingham New's lead editorial, "Efficient government," endorsed Gov. Siegelman's plan to tie state spending to "indicators" of progress. Gov. Siegelman wants to institute a plan similar to the Minnesota Milestone plan. The News stated: "in Minnesota, the state has set 20 long range goals and there are 79 "indicators" that measure progress toward attaining them,....". According to the News, under the proposal the "agency head presents a specific list of goals he or she thinks it important to accomplish - goals that impact people's lives; goals that can be measured."

Let's examine some of these "indicators" of progress, commonly called "sustainable indicators."

These are a few of the standards to which the residents of Minnesota will be required to adhere, standards the Birmingham News did not report.

The Minnesota Milestone/sustainable indicators are very similar to initiatives in other cities, counties, and state governments across the country. It makes one wonder: from where did the idea for these "indicators" come? The answer can be found in a booklet titled, Sustainable Development: The Very Idea, published by the MINNESOTA PLANNING ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BOARD, 658 Cedar St., St. Paul, MN 55155 612-297-1257, <www.mnplan.state.mn.us.> The following is a quote from that booklet.

"A commitment is made

Austin, Texas puts it this way:

The question should be asked - why has the Birmingham News not published the origins of these programs or indicated what the end results are likely to beõignorance or complicity? To plead ignorance for a publication such as the News, with its resources and depth of knowledge, is not plausible. Complicity? i.e. partnership in wrongdoing? Without further information the question cannot be answered, only surmised. It is therefore left to the reader to determine.

The Governor will begin the implementation of the Agenda 21 program in the State of Alabama, and with the help of the news media the public will remain ignorant of the fact that we are having our policies dictated by the United Nations' world agenda.

The end result of these programs may be understood by reading a quote from the United Nations conference - Habitat I:

The author of how man shall live stated: "you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:29)
