Is capitulation or complicity the benchmark for today's companies? Complicity is defined by Webster's New World Dictionary of the American Language, College Edition, copyright 1957 as: 1. partnership in wrongdoing.
We hold that general wrongdoing is no longer recognized, only wrongdoing that is judged politically incorrect is now punished. This Nation once accepted that justice was based on Biblical principles, the Ten Commandments, and even though the Commandments are carved in stone over the doors of this Nation's highest court, they no longer reside in the hearts of men. Evidence pointing to this may be found in the actions of the following major U.S. corporations:
| 3M Company
AT&T Arthur D. Little Avenor Inc Cargill Incorporated CH2M Hill Dow Chemical Company DuPont Eastman Kodak Company General Motors Corporation |
Grupo IMSA, S.A. de C.V.

These 29 American Corporations are part of The World Business Council for Sustainable Development, "...a coalition of 120 international companies committed to sustainable development. Members are drawn from 30 countries and more than 20 major industrial sectors. ... The WBCSD has extensive links with the United Nations and its many agencies."
As a result of their involvement, with the United Nations Agenda 21 program they "were given the mandate jointly with the UNCSD (United Nations Council for Sustainable Development) to elaborate strategies for sustainable development through public-private partnerships."
They further state:
"In 1997, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the UNDP (United Nations Development Program) to provide technical expertise to companies in developing countries. In 1998, responding to an initiative by the World Bank, CEOs from the forest industry, including six from WBCSD member companies, along with representatives from environmental NGOs, formed a small informal discussion group on sustainable forestry."The WBCSD carries out work with the United Nations in the following areas:
"Corporate Social Responsibility
"Representatives from several UN agencies participated in our stakeholder dialogues on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). We held a special CSR event during the 1998 UNCSD-7 (Commission on Sustainable Development, 7th Session.) Our report Meeting Changing Expectations was launched in the US at two events in cooperation with the World Bank and the UN.
"Eco-efficiency
"With UNEP (United Nations Environment Program), we have launched Cleaner Production and Eco-efficiency -- Complementary Approaches to Sustainable Development (1998), in which we point out the mutual strength of both concepts towards sustainable development.
"We are also collaborating with UNEP on harmonizing eco-efficiency indicators and reporting formats.
"Sustainability through the Market
"The WBCSD contributed actively to the policy debate at UNCSD-7 by submitting Sustainability through the Market: A Business-Based Approach to Sustainable Development. Top executives from our member companies also presented business cases of partnerships for sustainability.
"Natural Resources
"The WBCSD produced with UNEP a case-study based report Industry, Fresh Water, and Sustainable Development (1997). Last year, we were asked by the UNCSD to provide the business perspective on freshwater issues. We are pursuing work with UNEP in this field through our project on Partnerships in Practice in Water Management.
"The WBCSD is a member of the World Bankís êCEO Ad Hoc Forum on Forestryí gathering some 20 representatives from different parts of society, including six WBCSD members, to address the challenges facing the worldís forests.
"Climate and Energy
"The WBCSD is an active participant to the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) process. During COP 4 , we featured a live business coverage of the climate negotiations on our website with daily reports on WBCSD presentations and other events.
"We contributed to the UNDP report Issues and Options: the Clean Development Mechanism. We are also involved in the climate and energy program of the UNDP.
"Together with UNCTAD (UN Conf. on Trade & Development), the WBCSD is developing an êEmissions Trading System on Greenhouse Gases."
The description of these programs indicates, not merely a compliance, but a willingness that goes beyond mere volunteerism.
The United Nations is in the driver seat, the end result will be control of all resources.
Here we quote from the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements Habitat II Istanbul, 3-14 June 1996
When government allocates resources to any section of society, our freedom to determine our own future will be gone.
What about private ownership of land?
"Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes." Vancouver Plan of Action, United Nations Conference held in June 1976 (Habitat I) Section D, preamble first paragraph.

"For the wisdom of their wise men shall perish. And the understanding of their prudent men shall be hidden." Isaiah 29:14
"It's like a Twilight Zone, of sorts, here in Bonn, Germany. The hotel lobby is teeming with people rushing somewhere, all carrying a stack of papers, many with laptops strung over a shoulder and a cell phone pasted to an ear. Groups of two or three huddle over every available table, papers strewn everywhere. The long corridor to the meeting rooms is lined with tables, each filled with stacks of papers. Uniformed security guards check every handbag and computer case. Every meeting room is full -- behind closed doors, guarded by U.N. employees."
Those are Henry Lamb's words written from the discussions late last month in Bonn, Germany where the UN was debating how to implement the Kyoto (global warming) treaty.
Everyone should read Mr. Lamb's article. It's titled, Bonn: the twilight zone and can be accessed on the archives (for 10/28/99) of the WorldNetDaily web-site at: www.worldnetdaily.com
In it he explains some of the mechanisms being put into place for transferring the wealth of this nation to third-world countries, such as Red China as one example.
Since we are the greatest polluters of the atmosphere, which is producing the global warming phenomenon, we will have to buy polluting rights from those nations that aren't polluting if we want to continue our polluting lifestyle.
The proposals would be laughable if they were not so deadly serious. And do not think nearly 5000 people were working so feverishly for two weeks in Bonn Germany just for the exercise.
Global warming is a fiction not a fact, but it is a fiction most of the world has been convinced is fact because it produces the crisis needed to accomplish the desired transfer of wealth and to garner greater control into the hands of the coming New World Order.
