IT'S COMING AT YOU LIKE A JUGGERNAUT, IT'S CALLED THE NEW WORLD ORDER

AND IT'S DRESSED IN UN BLUE !!

Are you somewhat upset about the education your children are getting -- or not getting? Are you a little disturbed about the way the homosexual agenda seems to be advancing? Are you at all troubled by the massive killing of unborn children? Does it bother you that you cannot buy refill canisters for you auto air conditioning? Do you resent foreigners telling you how to run your National Parks? Does it trouble you that American troops are risking their lives in Bosnia and other places around the globe? Do you believe the state is better equipped to raise your children than you are?

Well, my friend, these are just the beginnings of sorrows!

If the UN has its way you will be told where you must live; the job you will work at; not only how to raise your children, but how many you may have.

President Clinton is even now trying to implement the UN provisions of the World Conference on Women that was held in Beijing, China last year. If you don't know what those provisions are, you'd better make a point to learn -- but you won't find them enumerated in your mainstream media.

He is also reportedly in the process of trying to negotiate a binding treaty with the UN that would give the New World Order the right to tell you how much emission material you can emit from your vehicle, what you will be required to do in the area of recycling, whether or not you may cut trees off your own land (perhaps whether or not you will be permitted to retain ownership of your land).

Most of these restrictions, and there will be far, far more than those listed above, will be initiated under the pretext of preserving the environment.

It is a pretext! The scientific evidence to support most of the claims, such a global warming, the ozone hole, etc. is nonexistent, or at best is vastly overstated. As we pointed out in our last issue, the shut-down of much of the western states timber industry was done to protect the spotted owl from extinction -- but the spotted owl was never in danger of extinction! Yet, as far as we know, with all the new evidence available, it has not been removed from the list of endangered species.

We were sold a bill-of-goods! We bought the idea of the United Nations as a forum to discuss national differences and try to iron them out before the fighting began. We have seen more fighting around the world since its inception than we did in the hundred years before it came into being.

From its beginning, the goal of this organization has been to bring about a one-world socialistic government. And from the beginning, men in our own government have known this and have supported it.

There is not space in a newsletter such as this to offer the documentation to prove such statements, but others have furnished this documentation. Read the April 3, 1995, issue of The New American; The Fearful Master by G. Edward Griffin; Global Tyranny...step by step by William F. Jasper; and Freedom on the Altar by William Norman Grigg.

RIGHTS OF THE CHILD?

England, I believe, may have already signed the Treaty on The Rights of the Child. She may now be having second thoughts.

Recently, a 12 year old boy filed suit against his stepfather in the European Court of Human Rights, Strasbourg, France. His complaint: his stepfather cained his bottom when he was nine because he was threatening his siblings with a knife, and he is claiming his stepfather has violated his human rights.

The stepfather was acquitted in the English courts of causing the boy actual harm.

If the United States ratifies that treaty, which is being pushed by the Clintons, we could see the same kind of thing happening here. We could see children suing their parents for restricting their right to pornographic literature, for restricting their right to privacy, for violating their human rights by punishing them when they misbehave, for abusing them by forcing them to study the parent's religion. These suits would not be tried under U. S. law, but under international law as defined through the U.N.

This is not the kind of information you get about the United Nations when you read your local newspaper, the mainstream media magazines or when you view the nightly news as filtered through the TV producers. And do not be deceived, CNN is as biased as any of them.

WHAT'S BEING PLANNED FOR OUR NATION'S FORESTS?

Beginning last year, some 50 roundtable meetings were held across the United States in preparation for the 7th American Forest Congress which was held in February 1996.

You probably did not know it, but American Forests are now included as a part of the NAFTA Region forests, and as such come under the auspices of the World Commission on Forests and Sustainable Development, which is part and parcel of the United Nations. Pat Buchanan tried to warn us we were signing away our sovereignty when we signed on to NAFTA, but we weren't listening!

Some of the principles coming out of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC):

Statements such as the following are commonplace in the documents being produced by various forest councils and other "interested parties:"

And we could continue, but we hope you get the picture. Private ownership of property is anathema to the reformers, who envision the whole world as coming under the joint-ownership of everyone. Only . . . the reformers consider the management of those assets to be within their domain!

What we are seeing throughout, and it has been almost an obsession within our country for several decades, is the equalization of everyone. Not equal opportunity, but equality of results!

Our nation was founded on the basis of equal opportunity, with the full realization that individuals are never equal, and that unequal efforts should produce unequal results. Such a foundation provided the incentives that resulted in our growth into the greatest and most powerful nation on earth (and the most envied and hated).

Over the last forty or fifty years we have squandered that heritage by buying into the lie that equality of results equals justice. The exact opposite is true -- inequality of results equals justice, because there is never an equality of effort. Men are born with varying degrees of ability, with various kinds of abilities. That is God's design. Shall we improve upon it? Whenever we try, we always make matters worse!

WHAT ABOUT THIS BUSINESS OF EQUALITY?

We are not historians, but sometimes find it necessary to look at what has gone before to try to better understand what is happening, and to try to get a fix on where it might lead.

The French Revolution is generally considered to have been one of the world's bloodiest. It followed the American Revolution by some 20-25 years, but unlike the American Revolution which embraced and extolled the principles of Christianity, the French Revolution embraced and extolled the concept of pure reason.

It was (supposedly) a revolution by the oppressed in response to their oppression. One of their chief grievances was the class system that existed under the French Monarchy. "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity" became a catch-phrase of the revolution.

Noah Webster in his The Revolution in France, considered in respect to its Progress and Effects wrote:

[*vulgar did not mean lewd as we tend to think of the word today. It simply was something in common use.]

Does anything sound familiar: chairman into chairperson; mailman into mailperson; manhole cover into personhole cover; Miss/Mrs. into Ms. etc.?

This revolution, which ultimately failed and was replaced by Napoleon's reign, as stated above rejected Christianity and embraced human reason. "Citizen" Webster commented:

He then goes on to describe this festival. Part of that description:

One can almost see the secular humanists and the environmentalists applauding.

In writing about the contempt shown by the new republic for Christianity, Mr. Webster writes:

At a recent meeting of the Alabama State Board of Education, called for the express purpose of a revote on whether or not the state would accept Goals 2000 federal funds, an opponent of Goals 2000 commented: "If you think the federal government will not be dictating how the schools are to be run, just take a look at what it is already dictating to us -- we can no longer say a silent prayer in our public schools." At her mention of the word "prayer" she was greeted with boos and cat-calls from the multitude of teachers and other proponents of Goals 2000 who had been drawn in to ensure that attending media personnel could report the "strong support" exhibited for the program.

Those teachers, whose rudeness was even commented on by the media, have now returned to Alabama's public classrooms to teach your children. Does it make you wonder what they might be teaching them? Certainly not good manners!

As some wise sage once said, "Those who will not learn from history are doomed to repeat it." America, with its Christian roots and its system of constitutional government has been the bulwark of freedom in a world that has little regard for that freedom. But for her the New World Order would probably have been a reality decades ago. Still today she is the one remaining obstacle thwarting satanic attempts to reinvent the nefarious Tower of Babel.

We believe time is growing short. We believe that unless we can reach and convince far, far more individuals than we have done thus far, of the danger imposed by the United Nations and its New World Order proponents, that the juggernaut in U.N. blue will roll over America like some huge steamroller.

(We have added the emphasis and underlining wherever they appear.)
